RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of the item. Only items that have not been used or opened and with all the original tags/protective packaging attached. 


All items for return or exchange must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number is obtained by emailing customer service at returns@theGrabitStore.com. Once you receive your RMA number, please pack the item(s) securely and ship back via an insured,USPS, FedEx or UPS shipment. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept any returns after 14 days.

Note: Returns and exchanges must only be sent to the return address provided by us on the return form. The provided RMA number must be entered on the return form along with all other required information.

Final sale or closeout items cannot be returned.

 

REFUNDS
Credit refunds are made after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and credit your account once they have received the information from us. We’ll notify you of your refund once we’ve received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
